We are a manufacturing facility and we use Trello for tracking open quotes from our customers. i have a Label that i typed on the Label "CREATION DATE xx/xx/xx"
i wanted to use this as the date that i created the record - so i want the date that i put in (xx/xx/xx) to be STATIC and not change every date to the current date.
Is that a way to create a Static Date - - for this Label.

@Bill McCarty you might be better off using a Custom Field for the creation date. You could use a Butler command to automatically set the creation date field to the current date/time when you create a card.
To piggyback off of @Iain Dooley 's recommendation, here's a quick example rule that would add the current date to a "Creation Date" custom field when a card is added/created in a specific list:
