Keep getting kicked out and having to login again

Why do I suddenly have to login all the time - previously, just had to click on taskbar icon and it opened. Now have to login 4/5 times a day. How do I go back to "the good old way"?

Hi Howard,
Are you logged in with the same email you used to report this problem? The Atlassian Organization can force you to log in after X amount of time, but I don't see an Atlassian Organization attached to your account, so this wouldn't be the case.
Are you using the app (mobile or desktop)? Or are you logging in directly on the web version?
