Issues with upgrading to standard

Hi Community,

I am trying to upgrade my trello workspace to Standard plan (from the free plan). Currently it only offers me Premium, and the standard plan is greyed out. 

I have just been with the AI chat bot support with Atlantissan for 30 mins, but we keep going around in circles. The AI bot asked me to create a brand new workspace, so that I would automatically be an admin, and therefor should be able to upgrade to standard, but it did not work. 

I’ve created a new Trello Workspace on the Free plan, and I am the only member. However, I am not listed as an admin and don’t have admin controls. According to the documentation, all members of a Free Workspace should be admins by default, but this isn’t the case for me.

I’ve tried logging out and back in, refreshing my browser, and even creating a new Workspace again, but I still don’t have admin rights. I also can’t access billing or admin settings.

Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've bever had to try so hard to upgrade my account and pa someone before!

Hi @Lucy Ridges ,

To upgrade to the Standard plan, you can navigate to Workspace settings >> Upgrade Workspace, and then click the "Upgrade Now" button under the Standard plan section.
