Anyone else having an issue with the Trello app on a PC where you are no longer able to download a file from a card to the computer. When you click download, it just will say interrupted. It used to work fine and has stopped working a while ago and can't believe it has still not been fixed.
Hi @Brian Giardino welcome to the Atlassian Community! I've just tested downloading a file from the Windows app here on my end, and it worked without issues. Let me ask you a few questions and hopefully I can help troubleshoot what you're experiencing.
- What version of the Trello app are you running? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the Microsoft store?
- What type of file are you trying to download?
- Have you tried downloading the same file in a browser? Does that work or not work?
- Are you on a VPN or work network, etc?
I have the latest version and tried to uninstall and reinstall from the Microsoft store this morning with no success. I am running windows 10 pro and on a typical work network. I am just trying to download a basic pdf file. I can download it fine using an internet browser, just not the app.
