Issue with Time Tracker App in Trello - Missing Time Entry Field

Dear Support Team, 

I’m reaching out to report an issue with the Time Tracker app in Trello that is affecting some of our team members.

While the app works perfectly for me, one of my colleagues is unable to see the field for entering time spent on tasks. I can attach a screenshot that clearly shows the issue – the time entry bar is missing entirely.

We have verified the following:

1. Both of us have the same type of permissions in Trello.
2. We are using the same board and cards.
3. The issue persists even after refreshing the page and logging out and back in.

Could you please help us resolve this issue? If additional details are needed, feel free to let me know.

if your users experience inconsistency with time tracking on these boards, I recommend reaching out to the developer Tracking Time LLC directly through support@trackingtime.co. They might have a better idea of how to troubleshoot it as they have better insight into the logs and overall tool knowledge considering this is a third app.
