I am writing to submit a complaint regarding my Trello membership.
I paid for the annual membership two months ago using my credit card. However, the Trello platform is now informing me that my membership has expired and is offering me a free plan with the option to pay again later.
I would like you to please review the payment of my annual membership, as it was paid correctly and should still be active.
