According to https://trello.status.atlassian.com/ all sytems are operational, but I cannot get to any of my boards on any browser, computer, or mobile.
I just get "we're having trouble loading this board", see pic.
There appears to be nowhere to report trello as being down from the Contact Us page, which is very unhelpful.
Hi,
Thanks for your post—so sorry about the trouble!
Our engineering team is investigating the issue with degraded performance and working to restore Trello to normal operation as quickly as possible.
Regards,
The Atlassian Team
Hello Rishabh
Thanks for your message. However, it would be useful for you to provide a real answer to my secondary question: how are paying customers supposed to let you know there is a problem?
Please provide a link to the page with the appropriate button to report such faults.
As well as spending a long time trying Trello on different browsers and devices, and being misled by your status page, I also spent a lot of time looking for a way to inform you of the issue. I was sent to articles to read, all of which was frustrating and a waste of my time.
Then I received a “way to go” email (see screenshot), which, frankly, just feels patronising.
All the best,
Dan

All users are facing the same issue. Atlassian didn't update their status yet regarding Trello. It is clear that there is an incident going on. Subscribe to the changes here: https://trello.status.atlassian.com/

The Status seems to be ok but the System Metrics show 0% Uptime since 9:00 am

Thanks for these updates, I appreciate them.
Can anyone tell me how we are supposed to let them know that their service is not working?
It is frustrating to be paying for a service that does not work, and then, when you try to report this, you get trapped in a loop that sends you to read help articles.
Is there no mechanism for users to tell them that their system is down?
It is ironic that a company that makes these tools does not seem to have a straightforward way to communicate with them.

Same here.
Btw. Trello is up again.
