Is there any way to have a pdf attachment used as the cover for a card?

We already output pdf files and would like to be able to use them directly as a cover rather than needing to resave them as image files.  Are there any available power-ups or chrome extensions that would make this possible?

Hi @Jill Foster I did a bit of research and did not see a way to make a pdf a cover (or any document besides an image) or any existing power-ups out there that enable this functionality. If you or someone on your team is a developer they may be interested in developing a powerup to enable this feature, using the Trello API:
