Is there any way to disable this menu?

Hi,

Just wondering if there is any way to disable this new menu?  

This menu is extremely irritating as it sits right in the middle of the screen (at the bottom) so it often covers items in my lists.  Then I need to scroll my lists over to the far right / left of the screen just to be able to access them.

Simple answer.  No

It is one of the most common bits of feedback to be able to move/minimize this menu so maybe the product team will take note...
