Is there any additional cost to adding members to a Trello board with a Trello Premium account?

When Trello became part of the Atlassian family,  there was a fee attached to team members. Observers were free, but that was not the case for members of a team. From what I can tell, that is no longer the case and with a Premium account, I can add as many members as required per board at no additional cost. I would like to verify that I am understanding this correctly before I start inviting new team members.
