Is there a way to track equipment capacity across an entire board?

We need a way to track equipment capacity across an entire board using all the cards. We currently use an external spreadsheet but organizing this into a single location would cut down on the amount of time users have to spend updating multiple things. We have some things that change equipment location weekly and some things that sit for months. Being able to track this in an effective manor would be extremely helpful.
