Is there a way to send reminders to external people not using Trello?

Hello there,

I am using Trello as an order queue assigning the cards to independent contractors, each card is for a separate order (and customer). I wanted to check how can I send a reminder before the due date to the customer (the contractor should be getting it already as they are assigned on the card). The customers are not part of the team, not set up on Trello and I don't want them to see all this information. Can I still send them an email or text reminder for their specific order/card due date?

And can I custom the text of the reminder?

@Reneta Jenik You can send emails using the Butler power up. If you combine this with custom fields, for example you could have a custom field called "Customer Email", then you can use that field value as the address like:

{{%Customer Email}}
