Is there a way to see levels of individual activity throughout a companys Trello?

Hi, 

I wanted to know if there was a way to see individual activity across a company- or receive notifications when peoples card have not been updated in a week/month?

I just want to monitor peoples activities across the company to make sure they don't have projects standing still for long.
