I have rules setup in Butler that automatically emails my clients details of the card, when it is created and eventually moved into my completed list. I want to incorporate time tracking and have that automated to be included in these emails once the job is complete. Is there any power-ups or {} coding I can use to create this? Thanks
@Rene Trejo Jr. you could create a custom field called "Hours Worked" and then use that in your email template like {{%Hours Worked}}.
You'd have to populate that somehow, which would probably require either something like a Zap or other API integration, or just having staff type that in when they move it to Complete.
