Is there a way for my cards to repeat on a board other than the one it was created on?

I am trying to have a overall facilities tasks board, mostly of repeating tasks that I can keep relatively untouched as a master list.  I would like those tasks to be doled out similar to the way the repeater does, but I want them to go to a list on other workers boards. instead of being limited to the lists on the original board.

Just did that for a client in Germany. There are 2 card buttons to ensure the model cards are easily updated when new tasks or users are added. A calendar that triggers automatically every month and two more card buttons when user step up to start work with the items listed in their list. This is quite specific to his requirements.
