Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen,
As an uprising project manager in a small digital marketing agency, I decided to evolve the way our Agency manages the workflow by adding full transparency to who does what and visualizing it in a project management software. I decided to use
Currently there's no full transparency, it things leave much to be desired.
With that said, is it possible to have a Trello Master Board for the Manager (to track tasks of the agency as a whole), and sub-Boards for the team members and have them interconnected?
The goal is:
Master Board:
- to let the manager visualize how many tasks are per person / per day;
- the tasks that were done / not done (posts that were released / not released);
- add tasks to other user boards through master board.
Sub-Board: (board for each social media team members)
- Have a social media board that will have all the posts that should be released;
- Tasks (cards) should be reoccurring (reset each week);
- All the changes done to the card will be mimicked on the cards in the Master Board;
-- If possible: add social management options;
-- if possible: track social media engagement;
-- if possible: add monthly work report options.
-- if possible: integrate if "social report" software (when a post goes out mark it as complete in Trello).
Website Project Boards: (for small web dev department):
Currently I use Trello to manage my team members, and for each project we have a separate board. But it would be nice that the most crucial tasks will be reflected on the Master Board.
I'm not quite sure if Trello has the capabilities to get the job done. If there are experts that can guide me in the right direction I'd be more then happy, Or may be Trello isn't the right software for me. In any case, I'd love to hear your recommendations.
@[deleted] It appears that you are wanting to have mirrored cards across different boards. It will require a power up. Please see this page for details.
