We have the premium version of Trello and have about 9 boards. Some staff members are consistently flagging being disconnected or Trello being slow.
We have investigated and gone through all the checks suggested on this community and yet still no joy. I have sent support tickets but no luck in a resolution.
One board in particular is getting to a point where moving a card from one to to another takes about 5 minutes to action.
Can anyone assist?

Performance issues like slow loading can begin to happen when a board has a large data set. I would recommend moving any cards and open lists you want to keep to a brand-new empty board, and then using the original board to reference older data. If you can review the archive and identify any data you don’t need to reference anymore, deleting lists and cards (and also deleting cards/lists from the archive) might also help.
Reducing the data set on the board should keep things running smoothly and avoid limitations or performance problems going forward.
