We have the premium version of Trello and have about 9 boards. Some staff members are consistently flagging being disconnected or Trello being slow.
We have investigated and gone through all the checks suggested on this community and yet still no joy. I have sent support tickets but no luck in a resolution.
One board in particular is getting to a point where moving a card from one to to another takes about 5 minutes to action.
Can anyone assist?
