I am looking for a project management/scheduling solution for a small consultancy - we are 10 people, working across multiple projects whereby project life can span months and individual tasks need to be itemised hourly or daily.
I am looking for a solution that can:
I can see how Trello works for project management but not the rest of my needs.
If Trello is the right solution what package should I consider and how easy is it to set up?
Trello newbie so keen to understand all the possibilities!

@Vikki Barron short answer is "yes", but with plugins:
1) Placker is the best project planning tool and also does board synch
2) Crmble is a CRM power up for Trello
3) Xero integration out of the box is pretty weak, but Trello has a great API so ultimately you can integrate with anything, for example I did quite a bit of automation for one of my clients who does importing, wholesale and retail with QuickBooks online HOWEVER ...
4) If you're doing project work you will probably be better off integrating with Xero from your time tracking software, in my opinion the best time tracking software to use with Trello is TimeDoctor because you can use the mobile app like a "punch clock" to start/stop work and it shows you all the cards you're added to as tasks to timesheet against
