Invalid link, to connect to board

Hey.

I have a board and i have a team.

My team has trello on their phones, ready to go. 

BUT! 

I create link to connect the to the board and send it to my board members. They get the message "Invalid old link. cannot connect"

I try to invite by mail, same result. 

WHats wrong?
