I am in an institution with multiple (approx. 40) departments. We need to send tickets/cards to other departments to solve small issues.
The receiving department should solve the ticket, and mark it done.
Each department has 4-10 members, and the issues should only go to the specified department.
Is this setup possible in trello? Absolute newbie here.
A simple way is to use forms and there are several power up that offers that. The rest of it will be simple using Trello automation for additional workflow requirements. I use Contalist a bit for that on my own consultancy work with Tidycal integration. There is also a service desk solution from hipporello
