Hello Trello Support Team,
I am writing regarding an issue with my subscription billing.
I purchased a paid subscription for one user only. The rest of the team members were added as guests, as I understood that guests should not be billed as full paid users.
However, I am now seeing outstanding charges for each guest user, which was not my intention when setting up the account.
This creates unexpected debt on my account, and I would like clarification on:
Why guest users are being charged as paid users.
How these charges were calculated.
How this issue can be resolved and the incorrect charges removed.
Please review my account and let me know how we can fix this situation as soon as possible.
