My 2FA (Authenticator) link stopped working, I am not sure why, but the codes generated were not recognized. My Trello Key is no longer recognised and I don't know why.
I have tried to send an account reset link, and been told to wait 24 hours. Each time I have submitted this and waited, and have not received the link. It has been a week. It is not in my spam folder, it is an outlook email, password reset emails are sent but not the account access email.
I had to make another account to post this, as I cannot access support without being logged in, I cannot log in without 2FA, my Authenticator does not work, so I have sent a reset link, which has not arrived.
I just want access to my account; it was logged in on mobile, but to access 2FA settings it would ask me to log in again, which I cannot do. But I was able to change my password remotely from the phone without logging in or passing 2FA.
"In your ticket, be sure to mention that you suspect your email may be on the suppression list and provide your affected email address." - I will do this but do not wish to post my email address here (it is not this account)

"Use SMS Instead" - asks for Authenticator Code which I cannot access
"Reset Password" - email comes through
"Send Recovery Email" - email does not arrive
"use our AI Chat" - cannot find access to AI Chat
Had to register a second account to raise a support ticket as support tickets can only be raised if logged in, so how do you raise a support ticket about being unable to log in?
