If I remove members who have posted to board, will their post be removed?

I have a free account. If I remove members who have posted to a board, will thier post be removed?

No, Trello will not remove their content.

If you remove them, they will not be able to act upon their content.  If they (or you, if you are their account manager) delete their account or anonymise it, then Trello will no longer be able to display their name, so you'll see stuff stamped with a unique, but obfuscated, ID rather than their name, but the content of a card will be unchanged.
