If I open a Premium account, can other users view but not edit?

@Carol Brindley The plans are applied at the workspace level, not the user level. So all workspace members would be charged $10 p/user.
It looks like you can change the board settings so that workspace members cannot join or edit the board. This seems possible on the free/standard plan, so no need to go to premium.
