I would like to suggest two features for Trello that would make the tool incredible for personal management:
1- Make it possible to transform cards into checklist items with just a few clicks.
2- Make it possible to move checklist items between checklists on different cards.
3- Functionality to connect cards to my calendar with a recurring option, meaning the same card can be a recurring task in my calendar within the time block I define on the card.
4- Functionality to add a checklist item to a card without having to open it.
These are the features I'd like to suggest. As I work with personal organization and productivity, these would be incredible features that would allow me to transform Trello into a very efficient personal management system for my clients.

While it's currently not supported in Trello natively, you can achieve it with Planyway power-up:
Checklist items are visualized on the calendar/timeline as well as cards.
Recurring cards are connected to calendar sync.
Functionality to add a checklist item to a card without having to open it — supported in the board view.
