Hi @CCE - Blair here from Trello Support. There's not an option in the Trello app to change the billing date, unless you cancel the subscription and resubscribe on the date you wish to choose, but this might not always be the best option.

I would recommend creating a ticket with our Billing and Licensing team, who can review your account and give you a more specific answer - go to https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ and use the option "Other" to submit the ticket for the Billing team to review.
