I would like to cancel the 14 days free trail please

Hi

I just signed up to and was automatically set up for the 14 days Trello Premium free trail.

I have spent time trying but could not find where to do it. I never wanted the free premium trial. I just want the free version. Why are we not given a choice at the 1st place?

If you did not add a payment method, you will not be charged. When the trial ends, Trello will either return the Workspace to Free or ask the billing admin to select a plan, depending on the billing experience.

To end the trial immediately, use Trello in a web browser, open the Workspace, then go to Billing → Change plan and choose Free. You need to be a Workspace admin.

If the Billing page does not show that option, your Workspace may use Trello’s older billing experience, where an early trial cancellation must be requested through the billing support route. If you added a payment method, complete the cancellation before the trial ends to prevent the Workspace from converting to a paid Premium plan.

Have not added any payment method. Just trying to avoid any future hassle in case I might get a bill for payment with other methods.

I created the account and noticed that its' only a 14 days trail free account. So I assume I'm the Workspace admin. There is no option to change the plan to the free version. I have not proceed further to make use of the app in case this does not work out.
