I've changed my phone, and now can't log in due to 2 factor auth. How can I disable it?

In the past, I used to use Trello with 2FA. After a hiatus, I wanted to start using it again, but I can't log in without my 2FA code... which I don't have since I switched phones and formatted the old one 🙃

Is there any way to disable 2FA so that I can log in again? (I do have access to the email I created my account with.)

Ok, I was able to find my backup codes, so I'm finally in! :D

Just one weird thing though, the backup codes I had had 8 digits, not 6 as the one below

Glad you're in! I would re-register your Trello account to use an app like Authy or Microsoft Authenticator to generate two factor authentication codes. With those, you can back up your 2FA data to either Authy or Microsoft's cloud.
