I seem to have lost my old account...

Infrequent user. Went to log in with email address associated with this account - it rejected. I think I mistakenly went throuhg sign up rather than forgot password, but seem to have created a second account with the same email.

Yes, I'm confused too.

Net result: can't access all my original trellos. And people I'm on shared trellos report not being able to see me at all as a user.

Sorry... REally confused as to what I've done.

Thanks. I didn't realise they didn't monitor any of this.

I can't contact them unless I'm subscriber yes?

I can log in to ask for support but there are no options that actually allow me to send in a query...
