I no longer have access to my trello account even though i am admin. How can I regain access?

With the move to Atlassian, all of my access on trello and loom has changed. I am admin for the trello I created, yet now everything is saying that it is private and I dont have access. I would also like to speak to a real person not a dashboard. Can someone please urgently help me with my specific issue with my personal account privately?

i dont know what email address the admin username is connected to. can you please help?
