I need to discover at what time the card tag was altered

We are using Trello to connect with our costumer and approve the content that is going to be published. The costumer claims that the tag was altered at one time and our employee claims that the time mentioned is incorrect.
We would like to figure at what time this tag change was made so we can decide how to act on this case.

When you say 'tags' are you referring to labels? If so, changes to labels are not recorded in the Card event history.
