I need help setting up notifications.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Right now I have one board I am using on my business account. I have three clients that I have invited to a board. I am not getting notifications for every action they take. I am only getting notifications when they comment. How can I see all they are doing so that I know what they have checked off, and what they have questions about and what cards they have added without searching through everything. 

 

I added the little "watching" eyeball to the board, however that is not changing my notifications. AND the only place I am getting the comment notifications is on my Trello app on my phone.

If you are watching a board, we would expect for notifications to include comments, if a card is moved or an attachment added, as well as upcoming due dates (24 hours in advance): https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications

Completing a checklist item will not trigger a notification. If that does not match what you are seeing, would you mind reaching out to trello.com/contact with a screenshot of the card in question as well as a screenshot of your notification section (bell icon)? Thanks
