Hi Greg,

Welcome to the community! While there isn't a direct "merge" tool to combine two accounts into one, you can definitely consolidate your work onto a single email address.

The process depends on whether you are using Trello or Jira:

1. If you are using Trello:
Trello makes this relatively easy because you can have multiple email addresses linked to one account.

Log into the account you want to keep.

Go to your Account Settings and add the email address from the "mistake" account as a secondary email.

If Trello says that email is already in use (which it is), you'll first need to log into the "mistake" account, change its email to something else (or delete it), and then go back to your main account to claim that email.

Alternatively, you can simply invite your main account to all the boards owned by the second account, transfer ownership, and then close the second account.

2. If you are using Jira/Confluence:
This is a bit more manual because these are "site-based" products.

Log into the site where your "mistake" account has data.

Invite your main email address to those projects/spaces and give it Admin permissions.

Once your main account has access, you can re-assign issues to yourself.

After you've confirmed your main account can see everything, you can deactivate the second account.

3. Important Note on Third-Party Logins (Google/Microsoft):
If one of your accounts was created using "Continue with Google," it creates a permanent link to that specific Google ID. It is often easiest to pick the account that has the most "Company Managed" data as your primary and move the smaller personal items to it.

My recommendation: Pick the email address you want to use long-term as your "primary." Then, go through your boards or projects and share them with that primary email. Once you’ve confirmed you have access to everything from one login, you can safely close the other.

Would you like me to walk you through how to transfer ownership of a specific Trello board or Jira project to your main account?
