Have you considered using custom fields for that? You could have a set of fields on your cards with the relevant details: https://help.trello.com/article/1067-using-the-custom-fields-power-up

If you already have existing details stored in Google Contacts, you can also use the Zapier integration to get those into Trello: https://zapier.com/apps/google-contacts/integrations/trello
