I lost my description on a card

Hi, 

When i went to copy-paste my description on a trello card, she suddently disappear and has been replaced by an old description. I don't understand why. How can i get back my description historic ? I tryied with this tutorial (https://help.trello.com/article/783-recovering-the-description-of-a-card-that-has-been-changed  ) but it does'nt work and i get an error message. Please can you help me ? Thanks a lot !

Can you share a screenshot of the error message you receive when you try to use the link from that help doc above?

Normally, you'll need to remove the brackets for the Card ID so your URL would look like this:

https://trello.com/1/cards/THISISMYID/actions?filter=updateCard:desc (where you replace "THISISMYID" by the ID of your card.

Are you getting the error when your URL is formatted this way as well?
