I have the trello on app, how to access on computer?

I registered on Trello using the app. Problem is I am trying to access on laptop but it is not doing so. 

When I try to log in on laptop it is saying its a different account and it let me into a brand new account.

This suggests you are using a different account on the laptop and the mobile app.  You'll need to use the same account.  Check what account the app thinks you are logged in with and use that to log in in the browser.
