I have lost written work on a Board that I have been working on and would like to know if there is a way to regain the content lost?
I have logged out and looked for archive boards but nothing seems to bring back the writing under tab on each list.
I have logged in using a different device and nothing. I have tried the app on my phone and nothing.
Please advise as this is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!
@theladyjaclyn were you typing into card titles, card descriptions or card comments?

If it's lists that have gone missing, have you checked in the archived lists space to see if they're in there?
If you're unsure how to get there:
If you bring back all the lists, it should bring back all the cards that were inside that list when it was archived.
Let us know if this helps, if not, we'll see if we can try something else!

Thanks for responding. No the lists are still there as well as the cards in the lists. The work however, the writing has disappeared.
The problem started when I tried to access Trello from my phone. There may have been some sort of sync problem and it wiped it clean. I am assuming.
Is there any other way I can try to get some of the work back?
Let me know
Thanks Millions

@theladyjaclyn okay so you're missing content that was typed into the description of one or more cards? You can recover descriptions by following these instructions:
https://help.trello.com/article/783-recovering-the-description-of-a-card-that-has-been-changed
You might also find that there are updates pending in the sync queue on your mobile app, although if the cache has been cleared, then they won't be there anymore. As long as the data made it to the server at some point, you'd be able to see it in the history above.

Random question, on the desktop version, or chrome version, have you got a little green box at the top on the right that looks like this?
Because the lists are still there, but there's nothing in them, I'm wondering if you've got a filter on? If you have this box, click the X and everything should appear again.
Let us know if this helps!
