I have just upgraded my phone and I have had to create a new atlassian account to ask a question! My issue is that I can’t transfer my boards from my old phone to new phone. Any suggestions?

It seems that after you changed your phone, you received a prompt to create a new Atlassian account. I assume you were using another Atlassian product, like Trello, before this change. If that's the case, it’s likely that you logged in with the wrong account. When you tried to access the system with the new account on your phone, Atlassian may have created a new account for you. This is probably why you can't see your old boards.
To resolve this, please try logging in with your original account. Switching between Trello accounts
