I've had my Trello board for several years, and have added/changed it over time. I have an old automation that runs twice per month to remind me to submit my timesheet. This is no longer relevant, but I can't find it anywhere to edit it. It's not in my Repeats, nor any of my Automations.
Hello @Christine Lawton
The reminder might live outside the Repeats section. Check the Activity log (Board menu > Automation > Activity) to see what triggered it and whether it originates from the Rules, Calendar, or Due Date tabs.
It could also be a legacy Butler command or linked to a hidden source card (check a recent reminder card's history for clues).

Thanks for your reply! I'm just now getting back to this. I found the card in the Activity log, and it was created from a Scheduled Automation. However, when I click the link in that log entry (which takes me to Scheduled Automations), or go directly to Scheduled Automations, there aren't any. I even created a new one just to see if any others would show up in the list, but they don't.
I'm sure Butler was still in use at the time I created this automation. How can I find / delete it now?

You are likely dealing with a legacy migration glitch, a rule owned by a former member, or a UI bug. Before contacting support, try opening Trello in incognito, checking all other automation tabs, or asking other board members if they can see it.
If it remains hidden, it's a backend issue. Reach out to Trello Support with your board URL and screenshots of the empty page so they can clear it from their end.

It looks like I can't contact Support directly - do you have any tips on how I can submit this to Support?
I really appreciate your help getting this sorted.
