I have a trello board with important work notes. I had to clear the cache of my Chrome Browser and now I cannot access my trello board.
I tried recovering it but trello created a new one.
When I try using the exact url to access my old one I get this message:
You’ll get an email if you’re approved to join
But there is no email and no way to log in.
Please assist as I very much need the information I've saved on there.
Hi @Helga Gylfadottir , :)
Hope you are doing well,
Welcome to the community!!
I’ve taken a look at your account, and it looks like a brand-new one was recently created with your current email address. To help me track down your original content, could you please share a link to one of your old boards, cards, or workspaces?
Once I have that link, I'll be able to locate exactly where your boards are and help you get back into the right account.
Thanks so much!
Hello @Helga Gylfadottir
Clearing your cache won't delete your board; it is safely stored on Trello's servers. The "Request sent" message just means you've accidentally logged into a new, duplicate account.
Log out, open an incognito window, and log back in using your original email and login method (search your mailboxes for past Trello notifications if you're unsure which one it is).
If that won't work please let us know.
Best,
Arkadiusz 🤠☀️

Hm for me this looks like very weird behavior...
