I have a member who only accesses one board.

We have a paid member who only accesses one board. I would like to down grade her to guest status with her still being able to access the one board and add an new paid member.

How do I do this?

You just have to make sure that person is not on the team (remove from the team membership page) and make sure they are added directly to only one board. That’s it.
