From around 2015 to 2016 a board was shared with me. But I tried accessing it again and it doesnt show. I know I wasn't removed from the board because I know the owners of that board and the board disappeared for them too. What should I do, I bought the premium plan to get in contact to the support team but I see no options to talk to a Trello staff member other than here on the community.

BTW, I think if the owner of the board can't see the board, then the sharer will definitely not be able to see it. 2016 is a bit long.

I am raising a support ticket to assist you further with this issue. Mostly, we are seeing reports that when the admin's account was deleted due to inactivity, it led to the board's closure. I am working on this and will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
