I cant change my profile photo, anybody knows why?

On my computer I dont even see the option (only username and bio), although in my other Trello account I do. On my phone Trello app, I do see the option but if I select a photo I get an error that an unexpected error occured.

If the Trello board is linked w/ Atlassian then the icon used for your Atlassian profile photo. 

For example, my work Trello board that is set up w/ the same email as my Atlassian products are all controlled by the master Atlassian profile. You can only use the one photo Icon for them all. However, my personal Trello account which I have set up with another email I can control the photo in the Trello account.

Thank you so much for your reply Leslie! Im not sure how to access the Atlassian profile, I dont think I have one. But indeed I used my work email where I can't change my photo and with my personal email I can control the photo in the Trello account.
