I cant add a comment - get error message / Issue with Trello app sync

Im trying to comment on a card but gets the message "there was an error adding your comment, try again"

Ive tried restarting the computer, clear history and cache, tried different browser. Still same message appear and no luck on commenting on any cards.

Also the IOS app does not sync to the desktop view when moving cards around. But it does work from the computer syncing to the App, but not the other way around

Could you please tell which plan of Trello your team is currently using?

For this issue, as Johnny did, you can simply check if these solutions work on your side:

1. Clear the cache of your current Trello page (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R)
2. Try switching to another browser to see if the issue persists

We are on Standard plan with admin and 4 members. And, none of can add & save comments. We did as you suggested but still have an issue. 

Please let me know if anything needs to be done to resolve this issue.
