I cannot read the reply on the message box

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I am having trouble with Trello. The message or the reply I send to my employer. She cannot them, all she can  see in the little red box that there are FIVE messages but she can’t see any of my messages that I send to her. The only thing she can see is screen shots I send to her but not he whole message.

May I know what is happening? and how can I fix it.

I understand that the messages you send to your employer cannot be read, viewed, or replied to by them.

Could you please clarify how you are sending these messages?

  • Are you adding a comment on a Trello card and mentioning the user, allowing your employer to respond directly to your comment on the card?
