I would first verify the email address they are using to invite you. If they are using the correct address and you are still not getting the email, make sure you check your junk/spam and trash folders in your email. It may have gone there.
If none of that works, I would reach out to trello support but the owner of the board can create a link to the board that when used, will add anyone who clicks it as a member of the board.
