I can't receive the mail from Terro

I can't receive the mail from Terro ,it seams"Email address hasn't been confirmed yet", but I don't know how to confirm my mail address.

Could you contact us directly from http://trello.com/contact so we can have a closer look at this?

It could be that your email address is blocked on our side or something else is preventing you from receiving our confirmation email.
