I can't log in my account

I can't log in my account, I am loging in atlassian.com, but why I can't log in in Trello, trello site says that I located in Russia, but now I am in Spain. I worked in trello many years, Why is the location shown incorrectly?

Hi @Kamilya ,

I hope you're enjoying Spain! I recommend the following:

 

  • Go to: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
  • Select "Account Login and Email Issues" from the dropdown
  • Explain that you are currently in Spain, not Russia
  • Provide proof if possible (current IP address location, identification showing your location)
