I can’t log in directly to Trello.

I have been using Trello for a few months. I went online to use the web based version a month or so ago as I couldn’t access some functions in the app. When I went to log in to Trello, it redirected me to the atlassian site and asked me to log in. I did, but now I cannot log into the Trello App directly, it redirects me to another login site. Is this temporary? Surely a productivity app wouldn’t permanently make us login in such an inefficient way??

@Tina Salisbury Welcome to the Atlassian community

All Trello accounts I believe were migrated to Atlassian accounts.  I thought that this had been completed but maybe it is still in progress, according to their KB (https://help.trello.com/article/1197-using-trello-with-an-atlassian-account).   You should only have to login through your Atlassian account.  

I would suggest submitting a support issue here by clicking the link and scrolling all the way to the bottom and selecting contact support so they can look at your account and see what is happening: https://trello.com/contact#/
