I can’t figure out how to get the Power Up Annotate Pro to work.

Benjamin McDowell June 27, 2020

I have enabled  this power up and signed up with MockFlow, Annotate Pro’s parent company.  Mock Flow says the power up is synced with Trello, and Trello says the power up is enabled.  When I click on the Annotate Pro power up, it gives me the option to

“View Power up” - which takes me to the Mockpro website.

“Edit power up settings” - which only gives me the option of removing the authentication to have  Annotate Pro and Trello synced.

“Disable the Power Up”

It does NOT give the option to “create a new annotation” as the tutorial said it would.  So right now, I’m able to annotate documents on the Mockpro website but none of the documents within connected to Trello.

Please help.  Ben

The powerup options are displayed. When you open a card in Trello in its right sidebar.

Thank you for your quick response. I have enabled, authorized, and synced up both annotate pro and wireframe pro to the Trello account.  But when I click on either, I still only have these 4 options.

Viewer Power up (gives me an overview of the power up)

Edit power up (gives me the option to remove authorization)

Remove personal settings (gives me the option of removing data around prior authorizations)

There is still, however, no option to annotate a document or attachment.  Any suggestions?

I see the power up options.   Both annotate pro and wire pro are in the display on the card. But neither give me the option to annotate a document.  They only give me the 4 options I shared above. I attached a screenshot.
